Blooms After Dark Return Policy

At Blooms After Dark, we want you to love your purchase! If you need to make a return, please review our policy below:

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return:

  • Lingerie is NOT returnable at this time.

  • All other products must remain unopened and in their original, sealed packaging.

  • Items must include all original parts, cords, controls, and accessories (if applicable).

  • All returns are at your own return cost.

  • There is a 15% restocking fee.

Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, once an item has been opened, it is considered used and is non-returnable. This policy is in place for the health, safety, and peace of mind of our customers and staff.

Product Warranty

Select products come with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects or material issues that impact functionality. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or neglect. Improper toy care is considered neglect; toys need to be cleaned only with water and Cleansing Mist and must be stored in Antibacterial Storage Toy Totes. Tampering with the product will void the warranty.

Returns & Exchanges
Items purchased directly from Blooms After Dark must be returned through us.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
Return must be received within 10 business days to Blooms After Dark. If return is not received in a timely manner, the return may be denied.
Once your return is received and inspected, a store credit will be issued for the purchase amount. We do not offer refunds.
Free gift items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Defective item claims are subject to review. If deemed user error, the return may be denied.

Products sold by Blooms After Dark are intended for novelty use only. While they may bring pleasure, laughter, and possibly a few blushes, they are not intended to replace medical advice, professional therapy, or your grandma’s pearls of wisdom. Use responsibly, keep away from minors, and always follow your body’s (and the product's) instructions. If it vibrates, glows, or buzzes—well, that’s the point.
